Meet Sandra Conner. She is a pop-singer and she is a star. All music lovers listen to her new songs. She has a lot of fans and a lot of money.Sandra sings in the evenings and her day begins very late , at one or two o`clock in the afternoon. She has breakfast in the bed and watches new vidio clips.Then she drives her Ford to town.In town she goes to the shops and meets friends. There is a good film on at their local cinema theatre and they all wanted to see it. It is «Agent Colin at the Museum». Summer Holidays

Summer is coming and the Barkers are thinking about their holidays. Harry and Margaret Barker would like to go to Blackpool, to the sea,or to the Lake District. But the children want to go to France :they would like to visit Paris and to see Disneyland. Last year John and Sally had wonderful holidays abroad too. They visited Russia and trevelled to Moscow, the capital of the country, and then to St. Petersburg. In Moscow they lived at the Smirnovs` place but in St.Petersburg they had a room in a hotel. They loved Moscow and they enjoyed St. Petersburg very much. In the two cities they saw a lot of wonderful places-streets, houses , museums and theatres. They met some Russian boys and girls and made friends with them. John spoke some Russian , and often understood his friends when they spoke it. They did the capital and saw the Kremlin and Red Square and visited the Bolshoi Theatre. In St. Petersburg they walked in the Summer Gardens and went to the Russian Museum. John and Sally enjoyed their Russian holidays a lot . They sent a letter to the Smirnovs and thanked them . They wrote they would like to see the Smirnovs in London soon.

Цель урока:

Формирование лексико-грамматических навыков (множественное число существительных)

Активизация навыков аудирования и монологической речи

Закрепление диалогической речи

Задачи:

Умение письменно фиксировать усвоенный материал (the ABC)

Умение использовать в речи активную лексику по предлагаемой теме

Умение воспринимать на слух поставленную задачу и правильно выполнять

Умение вести диалог-расспрос по предложенной теме

Оборудование: демонстрационная таблица «английский алфавит»; карточки с изученными английскими буквами; карточки с транскрипцией звуков; картинки с изображением животных

Фонетическая разминка

- Наша обезьянка – a monkey – любит гримасничать перед зеркалом.
